An Original Linocut Print of Gaia, Earth Goddess revered by people all over the world.
Hand printed by myself at my home studio in the Northeast of England, so everyone is slightly different and unique.
The process of a linocut print is quite lengthy. I digitally design most of my prints, these are then printed and transferred to a block for carving. Once carved the block is inked and printed to produce the final piece. Each print is titled and signed for authenticity and comes with a descriptive note about the mythology of the design.
 
Earth mother, the eternal ever fruitful source of all life on our planet. Ever present in ancient religions around the world she has many names. Gaia, Pachamama, Terra Mater, Prithvi. A symbol of life and fertility.
This linocut print is in three versions one hand printed on black somerset printmakers paper in gold, one on white somerset paper in gold and one on white somerset paper in black ink. 
 
This print is no longer available already mounted but if you would like a price for a mounted piece in a certain size, I can do that for you, please just send me a message. I can also get prints framed.
Your print will be carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery. I am trying to make the move to using post-consumer packaging to be more ecofriendly. 
 
UK orders are being posted by either the Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the size of the print, for orders over £15 this will be by tracked delivery.  For orders under £10 I use 2nd class post. International Delivery is most often with Royal Mail International Standard Delivery
