5" x 7" Greeting card of our original linocut print of the warrior goddesses of Northumbria.
This eco-friendly greeting card is made with a natural white 300gsm cardstock, produced in Europe with 100% post consumer recycled fibres. A natural white shade without OBA’s.   100% recycled and fully recyclable and printed at my home studio by myself, it comes with a recycled kraft paper envelope. The packaging will always be plastic free. 
 
 The Alaisiagae were Celtic/Germanic war goddesses similar to the Valkyries of the Norse. They were worshipped in the North of England with votives found at Housesteads on Hadrian's Wall. This design is my own based on my research of them as very little is known of the Alaisiagae. Sometimes believed to be a pair, sometimes a quartet and often paired with Frisian Goddesses of similar names. They are unlikely to be Roman in origin but were worshipped by the Romans on the wall as Goddesses of Victory.

I am currently making the move to using only post consumer packaging to help the environment.I hope you welcome the change, I promise I put just as much care in to the packaging now as I did before, it might just look a little less beautiful but they function just as well.
All UK orders are being posted by the Royal Mail, for orders over £10 this will be by 48hr tracked/signed delivery unless Express delivery options are added. For orders under £10 I use 2nd class post. International Delivery is via Royal Mail International Standard delivery.
