An Original Linocut Print of The Dryad

Hand printed by myself at my home studio in the Northeast of England, so everyone is slightly different and unique.
The Dryads of Greek mythology are the nymphs of the trees, groves and woodlands. They are most commonly known as the spirits or fairies of the oaks, poplars, pine and ash. Specifications

Printed on 60gsm nepalese washi paper which has a natural tone. Some of the photos in the post show a smaller paper size. Some of the photos show the dryad on a larger paper size, you will receive a print on the smaller side.

Caligo Safewash Ink is an oil based ink which can be cleaned up without using toxic cleaners, its main ingredient is linseed oil which makes them environmentally friendly and easy to work with. This is print is a beautiful olive green.
