Discover Roman Britain mythology with "THE ALAISIAGAE | WARRIOR GODDESSES," an original hand-printed linocut from The Coventina Press. This piece celebrates the British goddesses known for victory and war, crafted by a Northern artist who specializes in linocut and ancient mythology. Each print shows the fierce beauty and strength of the Alaisiagae, making it a special addition to any art collection.

The Alaisiagae were Celtic/Germanic war goddesses similar to the Valkyries of the Norse. They were worshipped in the North of England with votives found at Housesteads on Hadrians Wall. Specifications

The Print is approximately 15cmx20cm and the paper size is approximately 28cm x 35cm and comes with a descriptive note about the design.
